Talent Mapping and Leadership Evaluation
Engagement : Trust : Culture

Introduction

Through our work across leadership development, coaching and mentoring programs, a consistent pattern emerges: much of the ambiguity, noise and friction leaders experience is not caused by strategy itself but by unclear role definition, inconsistent expectations, weak performance measures, limited accountability disciplines and poor leadership development.

This is often compounded by difficulty in identifying talent, planning succession, and creating regular development pathways. To address this, we propose a more structured leadership architecture: clear title criteria linked to performance and behaviour, transparent talent mapping, robust promotion evaluation, and visible development opportunities that strengthen both leadership capability and organisational trust.
